How to Setup Manuall Connection to Marshallnet for Windows XP

Step 1

Click on Start and then Click on Control Panel

Step 2

Click on Network and Internet Connections

Step 3

Click on Setup or change your Internet Connection

Step 4

Click on Setup

Step 5

The Network Connection Wizard Box will open.
Click Next

Step 6

Select "Connect to the Internet" and Click Next

Step 7

Select "Setup my connection manually" and Click Next

Step 8

Select "Connect using a dial-up modem" and Click Next

Step 9

In the ISP Name box type "Marshallnet" and Click Next

Step 10

In the Phone number box type 753-4010 (if connecting from other location type the local phone number for that location)and Click Next

Step 11

In the username box type your full email address (example@marshallnet.com). Then type your password and confirm your password.
Note: username and passwords must be all lower case.
Click Next

Step 12

Select "Add a shortcut to this connection to my desktop" when it's selected you will see a green check mark in the box. Click Finish

Step 13

That's it. Now when you look at your desktop you will see an icon that says shortcut to Marshallnet.
Double Click on the icon and then click connect.
